As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Keep track of walk-in and reservation guests Report to work in proper uniform Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and service. Inspect menus for cleanliness and change out when necessary Be able to know the menu Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and ensure prompt service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques Strong time management skills to efficiently handle busy service periods.

Physical Demands:

This position is very active and requires standing for long periods of time. The position may require occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.
