As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by delivering food and beverages promptly while ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and courteously. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items or specials. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles. Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and service. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist guests effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
