• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Qualifications
• Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar POS systems is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering top-notch guest services
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and culinary terminology
