- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar POS systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering top-notch guest services
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and culinary terminology
