Summary As a Dining Room Server at Link Hospitality, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas during service hours. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
