This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to fine dining standards. Assist in food preparation when necessary, maintaining high culinary standards. Manage cash handling processes efficiently and accurately. Buss tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements At least two years experience in food service or hospitality is required . Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
