Server Kanpai Boca 20 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL 33432 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks promptly. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including OpenTable for reservations. Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area, adhering to sanitation protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed. Qualifications 1 Year Fine Dining Serving Experiene Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary terminology is an advantage. Experience with POS systems and OpenTable is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
