The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service in a fine dining setting. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all items meet our quality standards before reaching the table. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant procedures as needed. Skills Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new technology quickly (experience with OpenTable is a plus). Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork. A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and guests alike.
