Maintaining proper standards of server attire Greeting the party and recording the name and account number of the member(s) Exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the Quail Ridge Country Club menu and daily specials Providing members with quick and efficient service of food and beverages Ensure food is properly garnished and hot food is covered and always served on a tray Exhibiting a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude of personalized service to members and guests Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as needed basis.
