The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure all tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each guest’s visit. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation guidelines. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Team player mentality with good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
