- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments using the cash register, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Qualifications
