food servers (not counter staff) who are team players and do well in a very fast paced environment as well as be energetic and aims to please our loyal customers. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food service, and food safety to take orders and serve food efficiently. Your premium skills in time management and upselling will enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales. With relevant experience in food preparation and guest services, you will contribute significantly to our restaurant’s success in a vibrant and fast-paced atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take and process orders accurately using POS systems. Ensure food safety and proper handling while serving meals. Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address guest needs. Qualifications Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced setting Experience in upselling and fine dining service is a plus Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
