The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and make sales recommendations based on guest preferences and restaurant sales goals. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service. Experience Previous experience in casual dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous. Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Background in food service or hospitality is essential; experience in nightclub environments is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and sales techniques. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
