As a key member of our beach team, you will operate a mobile buggy while providing exceptional hospitality in a tropical, outdoor environment. Your upbeat attitude, attention to detail, and passion for guest service will help create unforgettable resort experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests on the beach with a friendly and professional demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using a handheld POS. Safely operate a beach buggy to deliver items promptly across beach areas. Ensure presentation of food and beverages meets resort standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buggy at end of each shift. Monitor guest needs and proactively offer additional items. Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, especially when handling food and drinks outdoors. Maintain beach buggy setup and breakdown as needed. Stay knowledgeable about resort offerings, specials, and local events to make personalized recommendations. Experience Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred; beach or outdoor service a plus. Valid driver’s license (required) and clean driving record. Ability to drive a golf cart buggy safely on sand and through guest areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in hot, sunny, and sandy conditions for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate beach terrain.
