The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Duties Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or nightclub setting. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is advantageous but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
