As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and collaboration with kitchen staff. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any dietary restrictions or preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy shifts to support the culinary team. Experience Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred but not required. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of hospitality best practices to enhance guest relations.
