P/T Non Tip Server Princess Martha Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 Job description Job description The Princess Martha is in need of customer service oriented individuals who are interested in being a part time server in our dining room.
This position is responsible for:
Attend pre-meal service meeting at 11:30am & 3:30pm Fold napkins Check tables in the station to ensure they are ready for service Ensure all water pitchers, coffee, ice, soup, lemons and china is available and ready for use during service. Follow all facility guidelines regarding serving residents and guest meals. If resident concern/problem occurs, apologize to the resident and inform supervisor immediately. Use proper lifting techniques at all times Pre-bus tables. Place dishes and silverware in dish area. Complete closing side duties as assigned. Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Assist with opening & closing tasks Learn front and back of house Taking dining orders for residents Relaying information to our kitchen Carrying and distributing food to our residents Providing a positive attitude Customer Service is 99% of this job. We are looking for Part Time Servers to be available on call as well. •We are a drug free workplace and applicant must pass drug screen & Level 1 background check before start of employment•
