How you will make an impact: As a Server at St. Mark Village, you will provide exceptional service to residents by serving meals in a quiet, courteous, and professional manner, under the direction of the Dining Room Coordinator or IL Dining Room Manager. You will be responsible for preparing and storing components for each day’s meal, maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, kitchen, and food preparation areas, and ensuring the dining room is properly cleaned and reset after each use. Continually observing diners to respond to any additional requests. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and breaking down special events.
Schedule:
This role has part-time shifts available, with weekends required.
What you will need:
Previous serving experience (preferred). High school education or GED (preferred). Must be willing to learn on the job and work in close cooperation with others. Must be at least 16 years of age (required). Benefits for
