As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Uphold health and safety standards in food service practices. Skills Previous experience in the food service or culinary industry is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours. Cash handling experience is a plus, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance the dining experience.
