Server Sekushi on the Beach 524 Mandalay Avenue, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have a memorable experience. Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly valued. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation when necessary to support the kitchen team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Skills Previous experience in the food industry, especially in nightclub or fine dining settings, is preferred. Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong food handling knowledge to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and orders simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive in assisting guests. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. A passion for providing outstanding service and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
