In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Process transactions using a cash register and handle cash with precision. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change. Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash registers. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
