The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional food service. As a Chef/Server, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen or front of house operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a dedication to customer service. Responsibilities Design and prepare high-quality meals that meet the standards of fine dining. Oversee kitchen operations, including food safety compliance. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Customer service skills. Stock, take orders and bust tables. General bar duties apply Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and/or front of the house area. Respond to customer feedback and make adjustments to improve dining experiences. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with beer and wine a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bartending experience is a plus but not required. Culinary degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
