Server for Upscale-Casual 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 4705 Gulf Boulevard, Saint Pete Beach, FL 33706 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the cash register or point-of-sale system, including OpenTable for reservations. Serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and culinary offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Monitor dining area for cleanliness and assist in maintaining a hospitable environment throughout the shift. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of food safety practices. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
