Server/Waiter Cheese Wheel Pasta & Pizza… Clearwater, FL 33755 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and well taken care of. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food items, specials, and beverages. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or needs promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
