Service Team Member Cafe Masse Ristorante Italiano 1443 South Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33764 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. Your passion for culinary excellence and customer service will contribute to the overall atmosphere of our fine dining establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Provide recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings, to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register, ensuring accurate processing of payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or requests. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in an upscale casual dining setting is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register; familiarity with POS systems is needed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for sales and an eagerness to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
