SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

At Launch Family Entertainment in Clearwater, we’re all about high-energy fun with trampolines, arcades, laser tag, bowling, Krave kitchen eats, and drinks from Bar Hops. To keep that energy flowing, we need a fast-moving, people-loving Service Team Member who keeps food, drinks, and vibes moving across the park.

WHO YOU ARE

You move with purpose and bring the party with you. You’re organized, guest-focused, and quick on your feet. You know the menu, communicate clearly, and never miss a detail. Whether you’re running drinks to an adult at the bowling lanes or serving nachos at the Krave seating, you’re the link between kitchen, bar, and guest.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Service Team Member, you’ll act as a food and beverage runner for Krave and Bar Hops, delivering orders to various park areas and guests. You’ll also act as a server in the bowling area, taking orders and providing table service. Your job is to keep things moving—fast, accurate, and friendly.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver food and drinks from Krave and Bar Hops to party rooms, bowling lanes, and guest tables throughout the park. Take food and drink orders from guests in the bowling area and input them accurately into the POS system. Provide fast, friendly service and answer basic questions about the Krave and Bar Hops menus. Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in bowling lanes and service areas. Assist with restocking disposables, condiments, utensils, and server stations. Help prepare takeout or delivery-style orders for internal events. Support other departments as needed for larger events or high-volume days. Follow all safety and food handling protocols. Report any guest concerns or issues to supervisors promptly.

WHAT IT TAKES

Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food and drink service (we’ll train you on the menus). Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Previous food running, server, or hospitality experience is a plus. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and peak event times.
