As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with professionalism and care. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure that all tables are properly sanitized and set up before guest arrival. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in all areas Qualifications Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
