The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance the guest experience through effective upselling techniques. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication during busy periods. Requirements Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations. Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
