Waitress/Server Kcs Artisan Pizza Lakeland, FL 33812 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dine in restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow staff members. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using OpenTable or similar systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation and service. Process payments using cash registers while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Experience with sales techniques, particularly upselling, is advantageous.
