Server Banyan House Restaurant 19725 Wellen Park Boulevard, Venice, FL 34293 Banyan House (Established 2023) is the fourth venture by D&D Restaurants owners of Donato’s Italian Restaurant & Bocca Lupo Coal Fired Pizza in Port Charlotte, North Port and Wellen Park & Prime Serious Steak in Port Charlotte & Venice. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
