Server 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Winter Springs, FL 32708 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our establishment, which may range from fine dining to nightclub settings. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment, such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
