The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by providing support to servers and maintaining the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the dining area. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Help maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. Assist in side duties including, but not limited to restocking, running food, cleaning tables and greeting guests with water upon sitting at their table. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing assistance as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings to provide accurate information to guests, if requested. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds.
