We are seeking a beachside and food truck server to join our team. We are a welcoming, friendly, professional team of unique individuals working together to provide the best experience for our members and guests.

You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service with a strong emphasis on hospitality to all guests. Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests through suggestive selling and ensure they are entered correctly under the right seat numbers in the POS.
Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items, including items available at the bar.
Exhibit a genuine sense of interest and concern for the guest satisfaction and/or demonstrates anticipatory service when appropriate.
Follow company hygiene policies, no visible tattoos or piercings and hair pulled back. Maintain tables throughout dining experience and the pace of the meal is such that the guest is not required to think about when the next step will occur. Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.
At all times to be aware of and practice good customer service, assisting the guest in any way which does not adversely affect other customers.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
Arrive to work on time, consistently.
Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment. Make sure all side work is complete before opening.
Attend pre-shift meeting to learn daily specials and miscellaneous information.
Guide members and their guests through the course of their dining experience, communicating frequently with them.
Ring member/guest checks accurately and on a timely manner.
Clean station and side work as required.
Close and check all member checks at the end of shift.
Turn in check-out to Manager on duty.
Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member service as assigned by the Dining Room Manager and/or the Director of Food Services.
