Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and food preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food to tables while checking on guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
