As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and the dining area throughout service. Assist with bussing tables to ensure timely turnover for incoming guests. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Cash handling experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
