The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar software. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to assist guests effectively. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers.
