Position Overview:
The Assistant Server plays a key support role in the dining room, helping servers deliver food and beverages, reset tables, and attend to guest needs. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and potentially move up to a server role. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately Clear, clean, and reset tables between seatings Refill water, provide bread and condiments, and respond to guest requests when needed Support overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
Qualifications:
No prior experience required — we are happy to train the right person A strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
