The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. Responsibilities Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, including cooks and chefs, to facilitate smooth service during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed, contributing to an organized dining experience.
