• Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals and beverages to residents, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are observed.

Assist residents in making meal choices, taking into consideration their individual needs and tastes. Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals, maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and communicate residents’ needs effectively. Provide friendly and attentive service, fostering a warm atmosphere during mealtime. Monitor residents’ food intake and report any concerns regarding nutrition or dietary needs to the appropriate personnel. • Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with staff and residents. Knowledge of dietary needs and food safety practices is a plus.
