Server/Host Bella Cucina Italian Eatery, LLC 903 Big Tree Road, South Daytona, FL 32119 Job Summary We are seeking 2 dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Servers to join our team in a vibrant casual Italian Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. No Experience Necessary, we will train the right individual. We are looking for 2 individuals, 1 Full time and 1 part time. Please apply in person ASAP as we need these positions filled. Closed on Mondays Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Restaurant Manager POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions to enhance guest experience. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience is preferred, but we will train. Familiarity with POS systems is essential for order processing and payment handling, but not necessary. A background in hospitality or food service is beneficial, showcasing your commitment to excellent customer service, but not necessary. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, as it contributes to enhancing guest satisfaction and overall revenue.
