Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong skills in food handling and safety practices. Ability to upsell menu items effectively. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for processing payments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions. A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
