The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. If you enjoy working with people and have a passion for food service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light meals according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given to customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, grocery store, or kitchen environment is preferred. Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
