Job Overview:
The Marina Bar & Grill at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a hardworking and reliable Busser to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment while supporting the serving staff. As this position is primarily outside, candidates must befortable working in natural elements, including sun, heat, rain, and wind.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean andanized dining area.
Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, patios, and restrooms.
Support the bar and kitchen staff by restocking supplies as necessary.
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
Assist in setting up and breaking down outdoor dining areas before and after shifts.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant environment is a plus but not required.
Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
