Server Grace Pizza and Shakes 30A 38 Clayton Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Hi thank you for your interest in working at Grace Pizza and Shakes 30A! At Grace we pride ourselves in providing our guests with the highest quality food and best dining experience they could ask for. We are currently looking to hire 2 attentive and detailed servers to add to our team.

Responsibilities:

Full knowledge of menu to recommend and upsell to customers Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Process payments and handle cash transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire dining area Following Opening, Sidework, and Closing Procedures and closing the restaurant in a proficient manner

Skills:

Ability to be a team player and communicate effectively and in a positive manner with colleagues Upbeat and positive attitude, able to keep cool under pressure Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for all guests Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems

Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
