Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service in a fine dining atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure timely service of drinks. Prepare tables for dining by setting silverware, glassware, and condiments. Assist in banquet services when required, ensuring smooth operations during events. Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area and assist with cleaning tasks as necessary. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Experience in bartending or food preparation is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are vital for success in this role.
