As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding guest services while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing payments. Understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services is a must.
