Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations and upselling menu items. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Adhere to food safety guidelines and restaurant policies at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Manage multiple tables efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or upscale restaurants, is preferred. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
