The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and assisting with their needs throughout their visit. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered as requested. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Experience Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Experience in nightclub settings or similar environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
