Server – River St. Wet Willie’s River St Savannah, GA 31401 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Manage cash handling and operate the cash register accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies needed for service. Qualifications Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of culinary terms and food safety practices. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
