As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service throughout their visit. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Uphold food handling safety standards to guarantee guest health and satisfaction. Promote menu items, specials, and upsell when appropriate to enhance guest experience. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of POS systems for order processing is beneficial. Experience in food preparation or handling is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
