As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable visit. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to providing excellent guest services. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and food preparation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and best practices. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures is beneficial.
